THE PMBA PROCESSAfter a client applies for and is accepted into the program, the program manager guides the business owner through enrollment and orientation. Next, the business needs assessment interview is conducted and a client action plan is created. The action plan details the business goals and expected outcomes, along with recommendations for achieving the goals. The program manager then schedules services from the PMBA partners and specialists to implement the action plan, which could include workshops, one-on-one mentoring, loan assistance and other specialized services. |
